Processing Time
Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1 PM IST, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Exp., or Xpressbess. Please note we do not ship or process any orders on the weekend days or any holidays unless for special dates like Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message (carrier or data rates may apply) with your tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 24 hours for it to enter the carrier’s system and update; Once the tracking is updated you will be able to see shipment status and history.
In 7 sisters of India including Jammu and Kashmir, Gangtok, Andaman and Nicobar Islands delivery of the order can be delayed.
Orders can be delayed due to a technical or network issue or any nature incidents. In such cases, we request the customer to have patience and cooperate with the company on the same.

Next Day Delivery
Order placed before 12 PM IST are delivered the very next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM IST, will be processed and delivered the next business day (Sat & Sun are non working days). Order can be delayed from the delivery partner's side

Same Day Delivery
Order placed before 1 PM IST are delivered the same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM IST, will be processed and delivered the next business day (Sat & Sun are non working days). Order can be delayed from the delivery partner's side

Change of Address
The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse and floral specialists begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to accept any order cancellations.
Returned to Warehouse
If the order is returned to warehouse, then we will gladly dispatch a new order to the customer or issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift card, as per your request. There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded. If a new order will be dispatched then the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer's address.
