Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited in the form of E-Gift Card.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Rose Arrangements, Galaxy Rose Arrangements, Gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form E-Gift Card.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Change of Address
The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.
Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse and floral specialists begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to accept any order cancellations.
Returned to Warehouse
If the order is returned to warehouse, then we will gladly dispatch a new order to the customer or issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift card, as per your request. There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded. If a new order will be dispatched then the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges from the warehouse to the customer's address.
Order Missing/Lost During Delivery
If the order is missing/lost during the delivery of the order by the shipping partner, then we will gladly dispatch a new order to the customer or issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift card, as per your request.
Due to the nature of our products being handmade, the time and effort that goes into making your rose arrangement and for sanitary purposes there are no returns or exchanges on all of our rose arrangements like Bloom Box Collection (including the Galaxy Rose Arrangement). In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect arrangement, or units are missing as per ordered quantity we will gladly replace it. All other novelty and gifts (Galaxy Rose, Rose Bear, 24K Gold Dipped Rose)
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
- The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Bloom of Roses®. As we are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
- If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot and unboxing video of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 89230 88156 within 24 hours of product delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product after investigating. We will gladly replace or issue a refund in the form of an E-Gift card, as per your request.

- Product is not a rose arrangement as these are final sale.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or replacement.
